04/2019: Berlin (Germany)

On April 11, 2019, the German eSport Summit took place for the second time in Berlin, where more than 250 participants from eSport, sport, politics and law participated in various talks, panel discussions and workshops on the advancing mass movement of eSport.

One thing is certain: Where new competitions arise, new legal issues must be clarified. In this context, it is fascinating for MS International Law to examine how the experience gained from “traditional” sports cases can be applied to these similar and yet new constellations in eSports.
